This Hire Agreement is between Mobile Bin Hire (ABN 90 138 328 314) and you, the Hirer.
Please carefully read, understand and agree to the following:

Our mobile bins have a GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) of 1500kg. The maximum allowed payload is 750kg (Tare weight 750kg)
Standard Hire rates include an allowance of up to 750kg of rubbish.
Any loads which exceed 750kg will attract an additional disposal fee of $18 +GST/100kg or part thereof.
Mobile Bin Hire has the right to refuse towing a mobile bin which we believe to be overloaded above the GVM.
Any fines and/or damages as a result of the mobile bin being overloaded will be charged to the Hirer.
Limited heavy material is accepted. Please refer to MATERIALS for more information.

Materials we do not accept in our mobile skip bins include, but are not limited to:
More than 1 wheelbarrow of heavy material (bricks, concrete, cement, tiles, rocks, soil/dirt/clay/thick glass etc.)
More than 1/2 load (2.25 cubic metres) of plasterboard/chipboard/heavy joinery
Rotten waste
liquid waste
flammable materials
hazardous/chemical/poisonous waste
biological & clinical waste
gas bottles/cylinders
Additional charges will apply if any of the above materials are found during disposal. Any losses, damages or injury associated with the inclusion of prohibited materials in the mobile bin will be the sole responsibility of the Hirer. Please contact us if you are unsure about the type of rubbish you have.

Yes! We do accept mattresses and car tyres, however surcharges will apply (see PRICING for more information).

Mobile Bin Hire accepts no responsibility for losses, damages or injury sustained through the loading or moving of our mobile bins.
Although brakes, wheel chocks and support legs are in place to help prevent trailer movement whilst loading, we ask you to please exercise caution at all times whilst loading your rubbish.

If for any reason the mobile bin needs to be moved, please ensure wheel chocks, support legs and the handbrake are removed/released and you have adequate manpower to complete the move safely.
Once moved, ensure wheel chocks, support stands and the handbrake are properly secured to ensure no movement.

Our standard rate of hire (click here for pricing) includes the following:
750kg of rubbish
(Any loads which exceed 750kg will attract an additional disposal fee of $18 +GST/100kg or part thereof).
3 day hire (additional days available subject to availability)                                                                             
Additional fees will be charged for any of the following items:
mattresses ($30 + GST/item)
car tyres ($10 + GST/item)
These items must be disclosed to Mobile Bin Hire upon collection of the mobile bin.

Payments can be accepted by:
EFTPOS ($1 surcharge applies)
Credit card (2.0% surcharge applies). Sorry, AMEX & Diners are not accepted.
Credit card payments can be accepted over the phone by calling 0404 131 224.
EFT/direct deposit (proof of funds transfer must be provided upon delivery).
Please note we do not accept personal cheques. Company cheques attract a $30 processing fee.

If paying by Credit Card, any excess charges will be automatically billed to the credit card provided by the Hirer.

Residential: Payment must be processed prior to/upon deliver of mobile bin.
Commercial: Jobs which are invoiced have payment terms of 24 hours, however payment prior to/upon delivery is preferred.

Please note: We cannot hire out mobile bins if payment has not been received prior to/upon delivery (residential).
If a payment cannot be made upon delivery, a callout fee of $100 + GST will be billed to the Hirer, which is payable immediately.
Any overdue payments which have not been received within the above time frame will be forwarded to our debt recovery
service. All costs associated with the recovery of the overdue amount will be payable by the Hirer.


1. All risks as stipulated in this Hire Agreement pass to the Hirer on the signing of the Hire Agreement and when the mobile bin leaves the physical possession and control of Mobile Bin Hire. The Hirer indemnifies Mobile Bin Hire and shall keep it and its officers and employees indemnified in respect of:
(a) any loss or damage (including any legal costs) from any act, omission, or breach of this agreement or any law or regulation by the Hirer, its officers, or employees or any person permitted by the Hirer to use the mobile bin.

(b) any claims by any person for injury to person or property, including consequential loss, arising from the use of the mobile bin.

2. Any infringement notices arising from the mobile bin being parked outside of parking regulations will be billed to the Hirer.

3. Any damages or theft must be immediately reported to Mobile Bin Hire.

4. Any replacement/repair costs will be billed to the Customer and will be undertaken by an authorised third party.
    The replacement excess for one of our mobile bins is $500, which the Customer agrees to by signing this Agreement.

5. The Hirer must ensure the mobile bin is returned to Mobile Bin Hire in the same condition it was upon delivery.
